Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms didn't work properly during the three nights I stayed, but they offered a nice view and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options. I did enjoy the wonderful river views, but there were some technical issues with the room controls.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms are very modern and offer a lovely view, especially for those with disabilities. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff catering to our needs. The location is amazing, situated by the river Tagus in Parques de Nacoes, a vibrant area with gardens, restaurants, and the Oceanarium. The dining experience was good, offering diverse and tasty options. Overall, a memorable stay with great amenities and beautiful surroundings.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The interconnected rooms were incredibly spacious, well-prepared, and super comfortable. The service was top-notch, with staff who were always polite and attentive. The location couldn't have been better, close to great attractions and amenities. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a high standard of food. The hotel facilities were fantastic and well-maintained.
I stayed on the 20th floor and enjoyed a room with a nice bathroom, Jacuzzi tub, and all the necessary amenities. Despite requesting an upper floor since January, I was accommodated on the 4th floor. The modern room was well-equipped with tech features, but getting milk or creamer for our morning coffee required multiple requests.
The hotel has some ups and downs. The rooms were clean with very good views, but the location was far from downtown Lisbon. The service was outstanding, with staff attentive to our needs, but the dining options lacked some oriental varieties. Overall, a mixed experience with great views and service but some room for improvement.
Staying at this hotel was quite an experience. The rooms, although with a unique swing chair, lacked proper cleaning, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the staff were professional, polite, and always helpful. The location by the river offered a great view, but some areas were dusty, affecting the overall impression. Dining experience was excellent, with a variety of options including gluten-free choices.
